It
is unclear in the text of rules IRD-30 and IRD-31 whether the 'or' is inclusive
or exclusive.
Must contain either unadjustedStartDate
or adjustedStartDate.
Must contain either unadjustedEndDate
or adjustedEndDate.
Both my implementation and SystemWire's interpret these as 'either X or Y or
both' but 'or' in English normally suggests the exclusive usage (e.g. Would you
like tea or coffee?). Should we change the wording?
Should we add a ( Y | ( X,Y?) pattern to the schema content model and eliminate
the need for the rules altogether?
