The current Standards Committee planning is to have version 5.0 as a Recommendation by the middle of 2008. After that, the 4.x version and the 5 version will be maintained in parallel until the end of 2008 if there is a need to do so. New requirements after that will only be developed in the 5.x version series. Karel
