Summary

The enumerations in this type have some copy and paste left in them - the last four treatment methods need to have the proper documentation added (or at least the wrong one removed).

    The issue has been reported to the Equity Derivatives Working Group.

    This will be fixed in the republication of the Trial Recommendation (4.2 TR 2006-09-28). Documentation has been corrected.
