Summary
The CD Physical Settlement Matrix v4 introduced a new provision -- "Additional Provisions for Reference Entities with Delivery Restrictions (February 1, 2007)".
The contractualSupplementScheme should have a value (such as ISDA2003DeliveryRestrictions2007 with description) to support this provision.

Henri proposed the value ISDA2003DeliveryRestrictions2007. Looking at the list of values, I decided to change it to ISDA2003DeliveryRestrictions. It seems that we put the publication year (2007 in this case) only when we distinguish the same code values for different provisions i.e. ISDA2003CreditMonolineInsurers and ISDA2003CreditMonolineInsurers2005. In this case, we don’t have any other ISDA2003DeliveryRestrictions provision code.
But I don’t have a strong opinion on this so let me know if you want to keep the year of publication in the code. Maybe I am missing something.

The value ‘ISDA2003DeliveryRestrictions’ has been added to the scheme with the following description: ‘Additional Provisions for Reference Entities with Delivery Restrictions dated February 1, 2007.’
This has been committed to the trunk and 4-2-recommendation branch.
