Summary

EQD-19 states:

If notional, equityPremium/percentageOfNotional and equityPremium/paymentAmount are present, then equityPremium/paymentAmount/amount = notional * equityPremium/percentageOfNotional

It should state:

If notional, equityPremium/percentageOfNotional and equityPremium/paymentAmount are present, then equityPremium/paymentAmount/amount = notional/amount * equityPremium/percentageOfNotional
