pr-2 states:

" Context: PaymentCalculationPeriod pr-2 (Mandatory) If paymentCalculationPeriod/@href attribute is present, it must match the @id attribute of PricingInput type "

It should state:

" Context: PaymentCalculationPeriod (complex type) pr-2 (Mandatory) If paymentCalculationPeriod/@href attribute is present, it must match the @id attribute of PricingInput type "

PaymentCalculationPeriod is a complex type not an element.

    The rule has been deprecated in 4.4 and replaced by a new rule (ref-10)

    Context: PaymentCalculationPeriod (complex type)
    The @href attribute must match the @id attribute of an element of type PricingStructure.

    The rule has been corrected accordingly in version 4.3.
