    This issue doesn’t happen with IE. It happens with Firefox.

    There was a problem with the way the term definitions were generated. The rule_common.xsl was adding a # symbol the target (name) of the intra document hyperlink (# only appears in the pointer (href), not the target). This has been fixed in the trunk and 5.0 branch.
