Either eqd-27 or eqd-16 should be retired.

The rules today: " Context: EquityMultipleExercise (complex type) eqd-16 (Mandatory) minimumNumberOfOptions < maximumNumberOfOptions. eqd-27 (Mandatory) minimumNumberOfOptions <= maxiumumNumberOfOptions " One or other needs to go.

    EQDWG 2008-05-09: minimumNumberOfOptions <= maxiumumNumberOfOptions is the correct solution. eqd-16 should be removed.

    Discussed at EQDWG. Agreed at the EQDWG to remove rule EQD-16.
