Summary

A new rule is needed to ensure Adjustable dates are disjoint.

The new rule is: " shared-20 (Mandatory) Context: AdjustableDates (complex type) Rule: Each unadjustedDate must be distinct. "

    Closed after review.

    We currently have some limited diversity in that we test uniqueness in different way:
    1. unique(xyz)
    2. distinct(xyz)
    3. count(xyz) < 2
