    Rule ln-23:
    facilityRepayment/amount/globalAmount/amount must be >= the sum of all loanContractRepayment/loanContractSummary/originalAmount/amount

    Example invalid-ln-23-01.xml:
    facilityRepayment/amount/globalAmount/amount = 900000.00
    loanContractRepayment/loanContractSummary/originalAmount/amount = 1000000.00
