Summary

The example invalid-fx-36-01.xml is invalid against rule fx-42 as well as fx-36.

Correct the example so it is only invalid against fx-36.

    Rule fx-42 checks for duplicated observation dates. There are no duplicated dates in invalid-fx-36-01.xml, the test case file is valid. Please check your implementation.

    Changes to the rules clarified them, which have fixed this issue.
