    Discussed at the VWG today. Agreed to remove eqd-30.

    – Removed eqd-30 from rules-english-eqd.xml. Rationale for removal: eqd-30 is redundant. The effect of eqd-30 is available by entailment of a more generic rule eqd-32. The change is committed to trunk (4.6 Third Working Draft)
