payerPartyReference shouldn't be part of the context.

Discussed at the VWG today. Agreed to fix as proposed. Agreed for ISDA to verify why this was changed.

Removed “Context: payerPartyReference” from the rule shared-5 as per issue description. Committed to trunk (4-6) and 5-0
