Summary
Rule shared-29 (not published yet) compares buyerPartyReference/@href and sellerPartyReference/@href
The rule can be seen in the attached image.
We need to check if this rule should also compare the account fields and check what context the rule should have.

buyerPartyReference/@href must not be equal to sellerPartyReference/@href, except in the case where buyerAccountReference and sellerAccountReference are both present and buyerAccountReference/@href is not equal to sellerAccountReference/@href (i.e an internal trade).

The group discussed the issue. We need to do more analysis to make progress.

I added the another document. At the end I think we do end up with two rules in to cover all the cases.

Irina thinks that there might be more complex cases with FX products where these rules are not sufficient.
