Summary

In fpml-doc-5-m.xsd (m>=2), the constituent elements of NetAndOrGross.model are documented in the schema as follows:

net: Value including fees and commissions.

gross: Value excluding fees and commissions.

Shouldn't these definitions be the other way round (gross=including fees & commissions, net=excluding)?

Impact is not likely to be severe, as this component is only referenced in the (unused?) instrumentTradeDetails product model - we should ensure that the documentation is correct nevertheless.

    Agreed. The definitions should be the other way around. The updated annotations have been committed to the trunk.
