query on ID attribute

what is the use of ID attribute? [ex. in dealsummary or facilitysummary (it is in One-Off fee notice and OnGoing fee notice)]

Generally, you can use an ID attribute when you want to refer back to an element later in the same document. eg DEFR EU SA Business Centers can appear many times in a document. You could repeat this list of business centers every time you need to, OR you could instead refer to the list above by referencing the primaryBusinessCenters by its ID: IDs must be unique within a document.
