3.1 Equity underlyer provisions should be in Variance Swap Transaction Supplement and Dividend Swap Transaction Supplement types

Disposition: Added the Equity underlyer provisions (multipleExchangeIndexAnnexFallback, localJurisdiction, relevantJurisdiction) to VarianceSwapTransactionSupplement and DividendSwapTransactionSupplement types.

4 Build Number
