Add an identifier base type for identifiers. This would be very useful for extending and querying.

    • Agreement to remodel the scheme and identification types in version 6.0.
    • We would like to have a consistent scheme attribute.
    • The version number should be an optional attribute, not part of the element name (versionedTradeId).
