Summary

Some of the Validation Rules still contain the function "present" rather than "exists".

To bring the rules into line with the other VWG rules, aand in to line with the VWG's decision on using "exists", these should be changed to "exists".

    replaced “are present” with “exist” (x12)
    replaced “be present” with “exist” (x32)
    replaced “is not present” with “does not exist” (x4)
    replaced “are not present” with “do not exist” (x1)
