Summary

The ird-26 rule should be an ID/IDREF Rule, instead of a IRD rule. Please move its category.

The rule today is: " Context: BusinessCentersReference (complex type) ird-26 (Mandatory) The @href attribute must match the @id attribute of a businessCenters element somewhere within the document. "

    Deprecated ird-26, replaced by new ref-39.

    Used the standard Ref wording for the rule description:

    The @href attribute must match the @id attribute of an element of type businessCenters.
