The sample file invalid-eqd-18-01.xml breaks rule eqd-26. The sample file should only break rule eqd-18.

The sample should be corrected to only break rule eqd-18.

    Made invalid-eqd-18-02.xml example invalid only against eqd-18, maximumNumberOfOptions * integralMultipleExercise =< numberOfOptions. See also related issue:706
