731: Deprecated rules – test case documents

Summary

I am working through all the example valid and invalid test documents. I have noticed that where a rule has been deprecated, then the valid/invalid test case documents have not be removed from the repository.

I propose that when a rule is deprecated that it's appropriated (necessary) to also remove the example test case documents in the SVN repository.

    deleted invalid & valid test cases for:
    cd-3, cd-4, ird-15, ird-19, ird-55, ird-56, ref-5.

    updated validation rules html (when the deprecated rules still contained links to deleted test cases)
