The rule eqd-6 does not work in 5-0. There are two issues with:

1) in 5-0, these two elements (latestExerciseTimeType and latestExerciseTime) cannot exist together, only one or the other.

eqd-6 (Mandatory) English Description: Context: EquityBermudaExercise (complex type) If latestExerciseTimeType is equal to "SpecificTime", then latestExerciseTime exists

----------------- Choice between a latest exercise time type, such as official close of the exchange, or an explicit time. The latest time of day at which the option can be exercised, for example the official closing time of the exchange. The latest specific time of day at which the option can be exercise. -----------------

2) Bermuda Exercise has bermudaExerciseDates and would need only latest time for each date. The current element latestExerciseTime is OfType xsd:dateTime

    This issue does not exist any longer. The Equity product definitions have been updated to be the same as the 4.7 Trial Recommendation definitions. The refactoring work published in the previous working draft has been removed.
