I think ConvertibleBond should extend Bond to add underlyingEquity

paymentFrequency and dayCountFraction are present in Bond but omitted from ConvertibleBond for some reason

    The Coordination Committee agreed on this proposal. ConvertibleBond will be an extension of Bond in the next release for version 4.2.
