992: Determination method scheme URL is inconsistent

Summary

The default value for the determination method scheme in the 4.6 and 4.7 schemas (I have not checked earlier schemas yet) is 'http://www.fpml.org/determination-method'.

It should be 'http://www.fpml.org/coding-scheme/determination-method'.

    Yes, I agree. It should be ‘http://www.fpml.org/coding-scheme/determination-method’.

    Within DeterminationMethod type, the URL is changed to be ‘http://www.fpml.org/coding-scheme/determination-method’.
    The change is committed to:
    – to be re-published 4.6 (branches/FpML-4-6),
    – 4.7 (trunk/),
    – 5.0 (branches/FpML-5-0)

    Errata for 4.6 Recommendation build 6 has been issued.
    4.6 Recommendation build 7 has been published correcting the mistakes in the build 6 described in this above
